Sneakslab is an online e-commerce platform dedicated to sneaker shoes. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sneakslab platform, whether you are browsing as a guest or making purchases as a registered member. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Should you not agree with the terms and conditions stated, you may discontinue the use of the platform.

Account Registration and Checkout

To make a purchase as a member, you are required to register an account by providing your first name, last name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account at our discretion. Sneakslab also provides the option to place orders as a guest without creating an account. Guest users must still provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment details to complete their orders.

Orders and Payments

When placing an order on Sneakslab, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payments may be made using accepted credit or debit cards, and all transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Sneakslab and its payment partners to process the transaction. Registered members may also choose to save their payment credentials for faster checkout; this feature is optional and subject to strict security measures.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us promptly using the information provided in this agreement. Refunds and returns may be granted in accordance with our policies and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Sneakslab reserves the right to deny cancellations or returns that do not meet our requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Sneakslab complies with Republic Act No. 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act of 2000), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines). Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts within the Philippines.
